Dr. Jason G. Hirsch is an obstetric anesthesiologist and Health Sciences Associate Clinical Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He directs obstetric anesthesia services at UCLA Santa Monica and contributes to the education and training of future specialists in obstetric anesthesiology.
His clinical and academic work focuses on the anesthetic management of high-risk pregnancies, including preeclampsia, obstetric hemorrhage, placenta accreta spectrum, and complex cardiovascular and hematologic conditions.
Through clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement initiatives, Dr. Hirsch works to advance evidence-based practices and improve perioperative care for pregnant patients.
